Porous Metal Filters manufactures three types of sparger at present: the first category is aeration plate: gas distribution by dia100 - 400 titanium porous plates with stainless steel shell and sealed by oil, ozone and corrosion-resistance rubber ; the second category is the aeration tube: dia20 - 80 titanium porous tube welded with Ti plate or Ti endcap and can be connected directly with the main thread; The third category is the mushroom-type aerator made by corona ball titanium porous plate welded with Ti plate, Ti endcap and can be connected directly with the head thread. BEOT spargers are available in several stainless steel alloys(standard in AISI 316L) as well as in nickel based alloys or titanium. Pore sizes from 0.1-200 microns are available. All spargers come together with customer designed connection, ready to be installed.
